This relaxing and healing course will use guided meditation to beautiful music along with seated group reiki (energy healing). This is a really gentle way to support anyone who feels stressed, overwhelmed, depressed, anxious, maybe feeling lost/alone or those who have any physical conditions/ailments or for anyone just wanting some time for themselves.

Reiki is a form of alternative medicine and is a Japanese energy healing technique using universal life force energy to encourage emotional or physical healing. Suitable for beginners.

Feel your body relax as your stress melts away leaving you balanced and restored. Chakradance is a well-being practice, involving movement meditation to beautiful music, helping release blocked energy and bringing more joy, freedom and balance into your life. Often called the musical sister of yoga' you will be guided into your own free movement, in a candle lit space with your eyes softy closed. There is no right or wrong way to move your body and you have the freedom to move as much or as little as you like. You can do it sitting or lying down if that's more comfortable for you. Together we will take a gentle journey inwards where you can reconnect with yourself taking time out from today's busy world.

No experience of chakras or movement is required. You will be guided and supported to gently find your own way.

Resilience is about adapting well in the face adversity and stress. This course focuses on building the awareness, tools and techniques to build your own resilience capacity. It shows you how the brain, body and emotions are linked and through this awareness, using simple tools and self-management techniques, how you can increase your own resilience. This course is suitable for anybody who wants to build resilience in their personal and professional lives.
