The teenage years bring new stresses and strains for families. Just when you feel you have got the hang of being a parent, you are faced with new challenges and changes in your relationship with your child, as they push for more control over their life. Parents often feel that they are the only ones experiencing these struggles and can feel alone, exhausted and frustrated, as arguments, disagreements and power struggles become a part of everyday family life. This course provides a warm, supportive environment for parents to discover new ways of relating to their teenager.
