“Feltmaking is an ancient skill using wool, moisture, heat and friction to create a
textile” This creative course will teach wet felting techniques using a variety of
wools, fibres and fabrics. Each week a new technique is introduced from basic
skills to advanced 3D felting. This will encourage you to develop your own style
and ability. Therefore allowing participants to design and create a variety of
felted objects and felt wearables, such as felted bags, flowers, scarves etc.
Materials will be provided at additional cost of €25. Bring a towel and plastic
bag (to bring wet felt home).
