Raise the heart-rate, enjoy an aerobic work-out which burn those troublesome
calories and helps tone from head to toe. Followed by a variety of body resistance exercises to give the body definition. Incorporates various fitness levels. Cool down as your body’s heart-rate returns to normal. (Qualified Instructor), (Bring mat & bottle of water).
