Learn how to get the professional finish in Cake Decorating. Using Sugar Paste many different techniques taught e.g. frills, ribbon insertion and flower craft etc. Also piping work in royal icing. All levels catered for. The aim of the course is to finish with new skills and confidence in Cake Decorating. (Cost of materials extra.)
