Sessions: 4, Wednesday 7.30pm-10.00pm

Food hygiene—why bother? Food contamination, Food delivery and storage, Food preparation, cooking and service. Personal hygiene.
Design and layout of food premises and pest control. Cleaning. An introduction to hazard analysis critical control point systems.
Each student will receive a course information pack at the opening session. Students will sit a multiple choice paper at the end of each topic and a final written paper at the end of the course. Students will be registered with the EHOA in order to sit the exam at the end of the course.

Maximum of 15 per group. (4 weeks)
