Sessions: 1, Monday 6.00pm-10.00pm
Fee: €80
Four hour Course with Practical and Written Test. Legislation, anatomy of skeleton and spine, causes of injury, ergonomics, fitness and flexibility, principles of safe moving and handling inanimate loads.

Students will receive a Certificate on completion of course. Qualified Instructor with IBEC. Maximum of 15 per group. (One Evening)
